SHIPPING:

All orders will ship within 3-7 business days from the date of payment. Big orders will have longer production time. SHIPPING TIME IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRODUCTION TIME. All packages will be sent via USPS. All orders are sent via USPS priority mail, and a order can be rushed with additional fees. Portia Nicole Creation is not responsible for any unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

No refunds on personalized items and one of a kind items since they can't be resold. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase. You may cancel a non-personalized order within 2 hours of purchase, any later and you may risk it already being prepared to ship. Please feel free to message us if you want to cancel a non personalized order, but have not been notified that your item was shipped. If we have not started creating we can still refund your order fully.
 

TURNAROUND & BUSINESS HOURS:

Generally turnaround is within 1-2 weeks for made to order custom purchases and 1-2 business days for already made items. If it’s going to be any longer for whatever reason or event, you will be notified as soon as possible.

We do strive to answer any and all messages as quickly as possible. We do answer messages after hours and weekends, but you may not get a reply as quickly as during business hours.


NEED BY DATE:


A need by date, NOT a party date MUST be provided with your order. That is how I prioritize my projects to ensure your order arrives on time. If no need by date is given, I will try to finish you purchase out within a 3-7 day window BEFORE I ship. If a need by date is not provided and you need your purchase sooner than the policies provided times, I cannot guarantee your items will arrive on time.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

ALL items can be modified in color and size or even embellished. The style/ format can be changed as well. All custom/ personalized items are made to order. THEY ARE NOT READY TO SHIP.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES/ INFORMATION:

I can not ship items to a P.O Box address. I must have a physical address to ship items.

I cannot guarantee any shipping deadlines and am not responsible for the packages once they are placed in care of the USPS.

 

I DO NOT claim any rights or ownership over the registered cartoon characters/ trademarks used in my projects and they are not being sold as they belong to their respective copyright holders. I charge for my time spent designing the craft in order to personalize and prepare it for purchases. That includes printing, cutting, and the assembly of craft in order to take the pictures and display the product.

 

CUSTOM DESIGNS & FEES:


We can design just about anything. If you have a theme, invitation or idea you would like to match, please feel free to send us a sample design. Custom design fees may vary due to the extensiveness of the design. We will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order before shipping.


PROOFS:


ALL orders with customizations such as names and photos will receive a proof to their email for approval before the item is made. Proofs can be expected within 1-2 business days from purchase.

We check our messages and emails regularly to approve the proof in a timely manner. We try to email again if we do not hear back from you within 2 business days. After 7 days with no reply, we will place your order on hold. The order will still be valid, and can be redeemed at anytime, but we do not offer full refunds after an order has gone on hold.

 

INCORRECT INFORMATION OR SPELLING:


Some items do not require proofs, so they will be sent with the text you provided at checkout. It must be your responsibility to provide the correct details when you purchase, or immediately message us with any corrections. We do not take responsibility for spelling errors that were included in the contact form.

Our personalized cards and require proofs to be approved before printing. We are human, and mistakes happen, which is why we send proofs to be sure everything is to your liking before printing. We do not take responsibility if you approve a spelling error or other mistake during the proofing process. Please make sure everything is correct before giving us the GO! If you do happen to get a item with an error that was unseen on your final proof, or if we missed a correction, we will be happy to replace the item.


COLOR STANDARDS:

Our printed colors are close, but not exact. They vary slightly in part because of the different types of paper - label, tag, vinyl, paper. Also, the ink color varies slightly from one day to the next. Many factors affect the printed colors, including changes in humidity and air temperature, age of consumable press parts, temperature of the press, and whether the job is at the beginning of a run or at the end. We calibrate daily, check hourly and adjust continually to maintain the colors within a small, specified range. With this being said, we cannot offer refunds based on exact color matching because all of the items are handmade and exact colors and shapes may vary or appear different than shown in the photos.
